    Plus we know.

    This is an RnD company presumably in it's last year of development before receiving T/O offer for the technology they have developed over the last decade.

    Amazon, Google, Qualcomm, Microsoft and any company requiring massive memory storage data centers (eg: cloud) could be a prospective buyer.

    The storage class memory market is circa $50-75 billion USD per annum.
