4DS chart, page-302

Regarding the debate of "75c SP" - Yeh I wouldn't mind knowing how that's calculated too. The ASX info page on 4DS tells us there are almost a billion 4DS shares, so does one simply divide a potential sale price by the number of shares? If they sell for 5 billion say, then it's the equivalent of roughly $5/share? So if someone guesses an SP of 75c then are they suggesting a sale price of $750 million? This seems a bit simplistic but I don't know if this is how people generally calculate their guess of where the SP may end up.

For what it's worth, I can't imagine JD would even consider selling close to the $1B mark - by that I mean a few B's would be closer to the mark. That's just based on my own research. Whether that's realistic or not time will tell I guess. GLTAH.
