Cadgee, only speculating one possible scenario.
Time will tell, but it does appear there is a growing band of LT holders... in which case the free float is likely shrinking... in which case "the beast" that is 4DS will become increasingly volatile.
My takeaway? DYOR, but IMO this one IS different. Show me another ASX smallcap that has been focused on CORE semiconductor technology and has so much upside within the (imminent) exit strategy!
