Only partly, there were other issues which I don't profess to understand that were addressed with the help of the team at Stanford........ from my limited understanding it was to do with needing fine tuning the PCMO process and maybe formula ??? not sure...... There were big issues relating to nanoscopic residue creating irregularities in the current etc.., I'll have to dig that stuff up again to refresh my memory about the details. They didn't go into great detail about the issues for obvious reasons. ........ secrect squirrel stuff !!
