So they can say tunable, because they have demonstrated that have and have their own data to prove that.
maybe they can't say "1 year" because the PL4 chips aren't even that old!
so it's not market sensitive to put a chart indicating relativity to other tech based on publically available information for the other tech (they've just compiled research anyone can do). For the 4DS tech have a disclaimer that says "The graph for the 4DS cell is estimated for the 20nm cell, based on scaling from 60nm actuals."
so maybe not market sensitive because it's not confirmed, it's an estimate and still fits within the previously disclosed "tuneable retention"
