4DS vs Weebit

I'm interested to hear why the investors here have chosen 4DS over Weebit. I don't hold either company, and I'm doing my research now to work out which one has the best prospects. I thought I'd make a thread for this so everyone can pitch in their $0.02.

From what I gather, Weebit has the advantage of using silicone oxide, which will enable major producers to switch to Weebit's tech without major retooling costs. On the other hand, 4DS seems to be leading Weebit in terms of bringing a product to market, as they are closer to demonstrating a viable 40nm prototype. On the OTHER other hand, Weebit has major management players (ex. Intel and Google) that will assist in getting a licensing agreement sorted once the tech is working.

So, what's your opinion?
