At best guess, It looks to me to be a diagonal rectangle consolidating above the median buy in price supported by a resistance line at the 1.20 only after a half moon intercepted by Venus on a good trading day with volumes exceeding $2million dollars chased with a consolidating MACD prior to the RSI rising.
If you follow me huh?....So in reality he's right 1.70 is just so obviously the spot!
