from a technical perspective, if that head and shoulders plays out, you are looking at a 50% drop (the distance, measured from the top of the head to the neckline) so down to around $.35.
I have to say my money is firmly against that happening, we will probably see some fake outs to the down side before it invalidates the patten and moves to ATH.
