Exactly, the company is generally a quiet achiever, preferring to do a lot of diligent work in the background before coming out with announcements of positive achievements which, as you know, can make the SP pop.
These are not gonna happen every day or week, but they will happen and you want to be invested when it does (despite the seemingly prevalent contrived trading activity impacting the SP). In April and May, we saw the news and achievements come thick and fast in that period. All things, including new hiring, point to a company set for significant growth.
