They've negotiated a charge per scan and Constrictive Broncholitis might be one of the less prevalent diseases. Where is this $100 million contract idea coming from? 4D has a 3 year contract with i-med and there was no millions to be paid upfront or annually??
4D signed Miami under different terms because it's for academic use?
