Notwithstanding something unforeseen happening, I agree... it seems plain to me that 4DX is cornering the diagnostic market for lungs (functional and structural)... with time, as the utility, precision and (hopefully) improved outcomes for patients become clear through the VA, it may likely become part of the standard offering throughout the American health system.
