I heard that question, and thanks for asking.
AF obviously can't close the door on CRs, as he doesn't know what opportunities there might be in the future, so he gave a politican's answer and evaded it.
Fair enough really. If they want to capital raise at $1.20, does it really matter when we're at 0.57 right now? It doesn't to me.
Some companies CR and then fly straight afterwards. Completely different industry but look at NextDC's recent raise.
