4E might not actually come out till tomorrow or Sunday...
given that p&g are probably writing the commentary and /or approving any copy... (and it is currently 1am Friday in the US)... obj would, I presume still be able to issue the 4E over the weekend and be within the required time limits as Sun is 31st Aug...?? Someone please correct me if I am wrong about this...
