yes - no "big boy" gives away $4 mill if they don't have to in this cut-throat world of high flying finance. (In which which we are just little gophers in holes - heads peeking out - waiting to see what happens - with OUR monies we've provided!) Sad how we're always the last to know, whichever the company. Not fair, really.

Is this just to placate some sense of honor - or duty - with regard to some possible deal - now closed. Don't think so.

I see this as some positive move. But what is it, exactly?
