Yes we have been hearing about an MPS deal for a long time and PR keeps telling and suggesting that it could be this year, ( I hope it is not just blowing smoke ),
In April he stated this to an American audience in a Zoom Webinar hosted by Edison’s.
I personally feel I have put a lot of faith, trust and investment in PAR and although I always believed it would be a long haul (5 years now ) surely they can’t believe that if they bluff and hold back that they won’t be persecuted by the stock journalists in the U.S field.
The MPS deal has been suggested to take place this year several times by the board, ( their words) well we are six months in so hopefully it will happen as stated.
if this deal does occur I feel it could shift the way investors feel and follow PAR. In the mean time the lesson in patience will continue.
