4mil at 5.3 cents, page-3

- Price as expected by most people on HC (nice bigmac)
- Nice touch the Chairman is putting in 500K
- Includes options expiring in 3 years for 8c (ceiling on the price?)
- Reasons stated seem OK to me, power seems a no brainer.
- I think the DR will be all over this and sell it to his subscribers in a postive way.

My question is who out of all of us existing shareholders wants to buy some more at 5.3c? I'm undecided.
