    Just to set the record straight.

    We get ~11% of the RUM shareholding (50% escrowed for 12 months) plus $1mill in cash.

    Good outcome. Well done management.

    Admittedly the price may fluctuate but as Benson said it gives AAG exposure to a range of other assets plus some more cash.
