    With the money they make with the onshore they will be able to pay for offshore operations. They find the oil onshore and puntland is theirs, this is oil not iron ore or another mineral which has thousands of years left. Mankind depends on it and range will not sell potential billions of dollars for a few mill. Silly to think so cause the big companies know this. it will be a friggen awesome deal
