This company will never bring ANYTHING to fruition. What have they done? - ZERO, ZILTCH, NADA, ZIP. Not one thing drilled from the ground and sold ANYWHERE. They are experts at SPENDING MONEY. They associate with dodgy characters. Associates pump and dump the shares. Associates are involved in shorting the stock. INVESTORS get BURNED.
The one time they actually have an explosive investment story (in Puntland) they manage to stuff it up. They haven't delivered on anything on time. They haven't really delivered on anything except spending your money...
The only reason to buy shares would be to TRADE THEM. You don't but shares in RRS as an INVESTMENT.
offshore JV annoucement is due in a coupla weeks. Get on board everyone. My finger is on the sell button as soon as it goes up a few cents.
