I have my doubts. I think this 'strategic' stuff is giving management more credit than they deserve.
Management have gone far and wide to talk to brokers etc. Some have been buying, none have had the conviction to rush that buying. Private investors have been selling out of frustration or impatience or perhaps fear.
It's irrelevant however, because either way this stock will only go up. It's time is now.
