Hey everyone,

As we approach the end of the quarter, and with results expected in around 1 month, what are people expecting to see, hoping to see etc?

My predictions:

In Australia (all comparisons in relation to 3Q24)
Significant decline in transaction volume and transaction numbers given the tough economic climate at the moment.
Slight decline in revenue and customer numbers.
Bad debts to be roughly the same, or hopefully a slight further decline.
Slight increase in merchant numbers, with hopefully at least one major new partner with solid brand recognition.

In US (all comparison in relation to 3Q24)
Solid growth across revenue, transaction volume and transaction numbers.
Customer numbers and bad debts to be roughly the same.
Marginal increase in merchant numbers, with hopefully at least one major new partner with solid brand recognition.

I'm expecting group revenue will increase to $230 million AUD.
I'm expecting adjusted group cash EBTDA of $62 million AUD for the full year.

Information I'll be looking for:
How the new products are doing (Zip Plus, Pay in 8, Physical Card) and any other mention of new products on the horizon.
Guidance on customer breakdowns - how many are leaving, how many are joining, how often are they transacting, how many are kicked off for bad debts etc.
Details regarding the refinancing of various facilities/receivables etc.
Announcment that Canada is closed and any associated reasoning.
Staff numbers/salaries and whether any cuts are anticipated.
Information relating to their marketing initiatives (car racing, WNBA etc).
Details about Larry's new role and involvement moving forward.
