you started at 4 then went to 5 , only to conclude that 8 million was needed ....
You may be right , however you seem to be pulling the figures out of the sky .
Reminds me of a long time ago when i was maritime college . A lecturer asked a student what he would do if the winds were horrendous. He replied he would drop the anchor . The lecturer then replied that the wind got stronger what would he do . The student replied that he would let more anchor chain out . The lecturer then said the winds got even stronger , what would he do . The student said let more chain out . The lecturer then asked where are you getting all this chain from . The student replied the same place your gettimg the wind from !!!
