if the short sellers are having a field day that means lack of buyers - where are all the eager potential investors lining up to buy into what was a 20% drop ?
Short sellers ie hedge funds are only now having profits because of a lack of buyers. If the fed reserve and bank of england want to ensure HBOS doesnt hit issues then it should be encouraging investors to buy mroe stock
