This has been said before but I think it may have been overlooked by some...
Why would management be so confident that the RI will be fully taken up that that wouldn't even have it underwritten? I've seen company's in much worse positions have an underwriter, so i'm sure its not because they weren't able to find one. Its crucial that these funds r raised for this joint trial with Onyx, so they must have something up their sleeve to ensure its a success...
