You make a good point, well done.
As a shareholder obviously i cannot explain the discrepancy in reporting that you highlight.
As shareholders both, we are well within our rights to seek a response from the Co in regards to such questions. It surprises me that more do not exercise their rights.
I will be calling the Co tomorrow and will seek an explanation & a definitive answer to the issue of the Sterling Bank facility.

In defense of my interpretation i cite the following announcements

10 October 07 RE: redetermination of Sterling Bank facility
and
17 October 07 AVD Presentation - page 8 KEY STATISTICS
SEE GRAPH "Cumulative value of projects increased from US$300k in April 2005 to US$33m in October 2007."

When i recieve a response i will convey, i trust (as gentlemen) this will be sufficient to settle the question one way or the other. If not i hope u will exercise your right to do so yourself.
