I'm not really interested in engaging in a proctracted s##t slinging match with u or anyone for that matter.

As i pointed out earlier and as colonnade has also tried to explain, essentially the main operator has jumped ship and AVD has taken their business with him. I believe that their drilling and development success (85%) is testament to the operators ability and obviously (to me) AVD also feels this way.

With regards the bank facility, I read it differently to you. I se the figure of $7.4m as funds remaining available to draw down. This is obviously a matter of interpretation.
There is only one way to find out as u seem unprepared to take my interpretation ( and fair enough). So i propose that you ring the Co tomorrow and report back to us all about what it is you find out.their ph # is 08 9486 1122.

as for the rest of your comments re directors, operators, sp etc that phonecall may be the perfect opportunity to clear up some of these issues and get a few things of your chest.

I urge you to make that call and let us know the result re; loan facility. If i am wrong i will publicly apologise to you and promise to get educated in the art of reading Co documents. Will you if u are wrong?
