Any court case could go on for years, I have not been following this case and would not know who is in the right and who is in the wrong, but I would think that if RMA is in the right (and God knows I hope they are) the compensation to be paid, if any, would come to late.
I think you would also find that by the time it would get paid MSO would probably moved the monies elsewhere and would place themselves into administration.
The point is that RMA can’t survive on the possibility of a payout in the future.
