    correct me if i'm wrong but we're only mining the remnants of stage 3 at the moment? if so, how much remnant ore is there left to mine if stage 4 does not get progressed in a timely manner? if the jv is in contention then is it possible that current funds that were to be used for stage 4 could be frozen?
