FWIW I’m sorry for letting fly (still holding back some). I will only give opinions on what I own personally and drive reasonably regularly.
I get the impression you are in a different market however I find the wife’s Toyota RAV an excellent small AWD with the only reservation that road noise on highway cruise is above my comfort factor.
The other vehicle is a Landcruiser 75 non turbo Ute which while it suffices for my purposes is under powered for highway use.
Mates tell me the 100 series V8 Landcruiser GLX is excellent value apart from drinking fuel however it is still better than the old 6 cylinder model. Others with F250 are in a different class and while excellent so I’m told really should be classed as a truck.
