    $8 is looking good to me. Looks like everyone had it wrong except TOL.
    TOL announced an 18% increase in reported profit after tax (before non recurring items) to $173 million and a 28% increase in revenue to $4.2 billion for the six months ended 31 December 2010.

    Hats off to management.
