I only bought in a few weeks ago. Regional tourism spots are booked out as everyone travels local - I've heard a number of AirBnBs booked until April. Further to that, regional real estate has boosted more than anything else since Covid hit (look at the likes of Sunshine Coast and Newcastle). INA is sitting on valuable real estate and I imagine are going to have some positive results that come out over the next year.
