I suspect there is a real buyer out there wanting a decent line and the founders have facilitated an entry for a high profile Internet Investor as the stock is rising. Only the founders and Acorn had that sort of stock.
Remember Packer bought 5% of Zillow from the founders stock then doubled when revealed.
