hwill, there really isn't any backlog at labs at the moment. Labs like Ultra Trace (one of the biggest labs in the world, situated in WA), still have excess capacity. Probably something like 30-40% my guess is.

We could always see a convertible note come into play, with say a conversion rate of something like 80c at 10% pa. That would deliver some cash into the coffers to get them through to contract finalisation with the Japanese.
