The easy way to get $15,000 worth of additional shares was to buy $15,000 worth when the announcement was made and the shares were trading in the 30 to 32 cents range because that avoids any uncertainty as to how many shares you may be allocated under the SPP. Thanks to the internet, refunding some of the $15,000 is easy.
