    Not sure why I didn’t think of it.

    It borders on a question of corporate ethics versus the fiduciary duty of directors?

    For what’s a board to do?

    Decline to accept the Jobkeeper payment?
    Or build up surplus capital by not declaring a dividend (only to distribute it in subsequent periods)?
