Interesting points:

1. BPG has 200-250m approx. Soar Coin (digital crypto currency), crypto-currency exchange will increase value of these soar coins, as they would be easily available to trade, along with other digital currency.
2. ASX has seen/verified the Term Sheet with Soar Labs Pte Ltd, this can fall over, however everyone will be winner if the exchange goes ahead. Check out Soar Labs Pte Ltd's website - https://www.soarlabs.org/ or google them & check
3. Company has listed in quite detail, steps required to get the crypto-currency exchange, up & running, in 13.11.17 announcement to ASX query.
4. Alpha testing of the system robustness (Alpha Testing) is expected to commence before the end of 2017. So in a month time, at max.
5. Further development work required to improve the Exchange functionality to make it user friendly, mobile friendly, and to equip with advanced security functions is targeted for the first quarter of 2018.
6. BPPL has identified third party providers of infrastructure to run the Exchange platform and will be negotiating service agreements with these providers. (Probably, ASX announcement may come up, once this is negotiated)
7. BPPL has commenced the review of the requirements established under the AntiMoney Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (AML/CTF)
8. BPPL is progressing discussions to formalise partnerships with relevant financial institutions to provide the services required for pairing of the pre-approved cryptocurrencies with an Australian Dollar facility. BPPL is targeting the completion of initial pairing arrangements in the first quarter of 2018.
9. BPPL is currently considering a competent candidate for the role of "General Manager of the Cryptocurrency Exchange" and targets to have this position filled before the end of 2017. (high caliber candidate & it'll boost confidence & SP)
10. The Company has not paid any fees to Soar Labs to date. It is anticipated that fees will only become payable after the software has been tested, subject to further negotiations between the parties.

Based on above, announcements expected in a month time:
1. Appointment of General Manager of the Cryptocurrency Exchange
2. Alpha testing of the system robustness.
3. Contract with third party providers of infrastructure to run the Exchange platform.

Also, most important thing for us all, is the deal may fall through, so invest only what you can afford to lose.
It is high reward investment for 6 months at least, but comes with risk. However, downside risk is low, as SP is $0.007 & lowest it can go is $0.001 but on upside, it may offer 5-10 bags from here...
