What was interesting was when he brought up the subject at during the webcast conference and directly told SI that he has been told another trial was "off the table" SI didn't deny giving that information but instead gave a response which was what the FDA actually had said, which was substantially different. Still Hester went on believing that the FDA has "moved the goal posts" instead of he has been misled by what a source at the company had told him privately earlier, and he had advised clients.
