Suggest to you that all MSB have to do is get additional data from the successful Phase3 trial that was not taken at the time for the new potency assay technique.
Given that the production method is the same this data is all that is missing to satisfy the FDA.
Just exactly what this new data is has really bothered JB1975 a great deal and is obviously a trade secret probably in the process of being patented.
