In a nutshell they have a $5mil cash profit what they are writing off is goodwill which is a non cash item so while it reduces the company value it does not effect the company's cash position.

I think there is possibly more good news than bad in this because they've removed some loss making parts of the business.

In my opinion .036 is way over sold.
