Anyone tried this? I i'm not into dieting (always eat what i want and starting to catch up) however I watched a doco on this and have 2 young mates that are a couple of months in that only have good things to say. Basically you eat as normal but any 2 days of the week you restrict your diet to 1/4 of normal. Not meant for weight loss but rather just general well being.
I regularly eat very little during the day if i'm busy outside so i will give it a go starting today. Bowl of oats in the morning and 1/2-3/4 of a chicken breast and broccoli stir fried with chilli for dinner. Was a little hungry around lunch today so jumped on the bike and did 12km to get my mind off it.
