    Today I had coffee for brekkie
    juice at lunchtime - beetroot, celery, apple, orange, cucumber

    I just only got hungry at teatime, when I had roast beef and roast potatoes and veggies. Now I am full.

    I started eating mostly paleo / primal and just stopped eating if I wasn't truly hungry. I find I naturally fast a day a week anyway, without even trying.

    I've lost a stone, and have never felt better
