That's ok for fit people...what does it mean to get your heart rate up when B/p is high and pulse is high..for me normal?
Just took my B/P 165/113, and pulse 95.
This is good for me.....heart rate up so I can do that and don't need to exercise, joking.
For me Your NO Pain NO Gain would have me dead.
Everyone has to listen to own their body.
If you don't do much exercise I believe we need less carbs and sugar.
I had a very fat lady tell me ( after she had lost 35 kilos) and was trying to maintain...
She had breakfast
Morning tea(food)
Lunch
Afternoon tea(food)
Snack before dinner
Dinner
Then (I could not believe)
SUPPER...fruit and cheese platter.
3 weeks later as her weight was going up in a hurry, she said it might be the snacks I have. DOH?????
