Fasting is very popular at the moment. Has been loads of documentaries on TV about it. The 5:2 fasting is the most common and probably the most manageable. I have contemplated it but I see no longevity in it.
I once did the paleo diet for 100 days. Finished it then went on a sugar binge for the next month. So dieting and restricting my calories is not for me.
I live to eat.
The best way for me is to eat healthy, low carb during the week but on Friday nights and Saturdays I allow myself to have pizza, hamburger and chips etc whatever I want.
You just gotta experiment and find out what works for you.
Please keep us updated on your fasting. I would like to know the outcomes and how long you do it for.
