I finally weighed myself for the first time after 4 weeks and so far down 2kg. This is around half of what a lot of over weight people lose but i think because i already eat healthy it was never going to come off quicker.
I will keep this up another month at least and see how i look/feel after another 2kg. Xmas is a great time for food :)
I find the fast days fairly easy and usually have a coffee around 10am and then around 7pm eat a grilled chicken breast (with various herbs and spices) and broccoli. I could easily go the whole day with zero food BUT i want to keep my protein up. Energy levels are normal or slightly higher. The only negative so far is I tend to take longer to sleep on fast days but wake up fine.
My g/f is trying to get into it but every time a fast day comes, she turns into the devil.
