    Eat high protein and low / no carbs and the weight will peel off.

    Breakfast - eggs

    Morning tea - tuna

    Lunch - chicken and salad

    Afternoon tea - nuts and protein shake

    Dinner - lean meat / fish salad or veg

    Before bed - protein shake

    Watch excess weight strip off you following that diet. You can also have a few strong black coffees in the morning as well. Avoid booze (bloody impossible) apart from one day a week and drink 5 beers not 15.

    Low carb beer is a con. Alcohol has calories full stop. It also slows down your metabolism. Never ever drink soft drink.

    I don't like the idea of fasting because your body goes into shock and keeps fat because your not refueling. You also can't exercise at a high level ie boxing / running because you have no fuel. This can't be a good thing.
