    I do not believe in the starvation mode...I hear so many obese people on forums complaining that they can't loose weight...and other members saying "you have to eat more, as you are in starvation mode" so they do and get fatter.

    I have now cut my carbs and calories into what most people will call "starvation mode". Have done this and now have dropped (week 13) 26.6 pounds= 12.09 kgs.
    Rarely feel hungry...eat lots of low carb vegs and raw nuts, eggs, fat free meat and cheese, seeds, cayenne pepper, and wine...:)

    Each to their own...Have heard it works very well.
