Is OML a buy at this current price or will it retest to the previous low? I sold it at around $4.74. Now I want to get back in. Was surprised to see the share price came down to $3.36 in early January'19. Do you know if bad news have already been priced in the current price? Any opinion is appreciated. Thanks.
