There will be many holders looking to lock in profits as the price rises. Setting this aside I would expect to see Biota attract new investors, especially if they get into the ASX200... active and passive alike, biotechs can add significant tracking error due to there volatile movements.
Where to from here? Just have to hope BTA management can secure an attractive outcome from LANI ex-Japan. The potential is huge but they have to lock in an excellent deal. I have confidence that our management can pull this off.
Royalties should provide comfort in the interim, when LANI kicks off (I should say IF) then it will be a different ball game.
I'm also looking forward to more news on HRV and RSV. Both are exciting compounds and can help support a higher valuation. So far so good... just cross your fingers and hope they can keep kicking goals.
