It's only provisionally approved. They can't start roll-out of the WLA until they submit the SAR and have that approved by the RBI. Any financial forecasting based on the WLA would appear unlikely until it's fully granted, however likely they are to pass that final authorisation.
Given that the WLA prov approval was granted in April, we're 3 mths into that process, so we should hopefully be hearing something when the FY25 guidance comes out.
