Reading your sad investment story and your self analysis please take my advice - stay away from equities.
Do not trade in shares as you do not follow the basics like buy low and sell high. You seem to do the opposite not only with RSH but according to you with your other shares as well.
Spend your hard earned money on other things like holidays in the Bahamas, yoga classes ecetera!!
If you would have waited selling RSH for another few months your loss would have been a nice gain, IMO - but such is life!
